This was a qualitative and quantitative market research study. We performed 22 1:1 interview and reviewed the online survey data captured. There were 94 online survey respondents which included a range of Print Service Providers (PSPs) and brand owners from Europe and North America. Primary roles included PSP commercial and operational management. The result of this can be found throughout the report. The interviews were from a wide range of PSPs reflecting different company sizes, focus, and markets served.
We provided a “vision statement” regarding WEB TO PRINT adoption and opportunities in commercial printing in the NA and Western Europe markets. In addressing the questions specified in the original SOW, this mini study included an analysis of the findings and expert opinion regarding the implications of the research findings to pertinent SAPPI member constituent groups with actionable recommendations.
